Please note that members of certain groups who obtain medical services in Topeka are required to access Stormont-Vail HealthCare under an exclusive arrangement through the Century network.  The exclusive arrangement includes all inpatient and outpatient services, including laboratory and certain diagnostic tests.  Therefore, hospital services provided by St. Francis Health Center, St. Francis North Health Center, and St. Francis Mission Woods will be considered out-of-network, unless the services are considered an emergency.

To determine if you are a member of a Stormont-Vail Exclusive group, please examine your healthcare identification card which would state “Exclusive Hospital: STORMONT–VAIL” next to the Century logo.  Or you may call Century at 1-800-227-0089, Ext. 370, or contact your Human Resources Department.
